This is sad. Poor dog. Most likely the kids will just get a slap on the wrist. IMO that is bullshit! Abusing/killing animals is how serial killers start. I have no clue how anyone can do such a horrible thing to a puppy. An innocent puppy. A reason why I hate the majority of humans.
